J.Myburgh & Valcap Property Valuers operates as independent valuers with a Admin Offices in Welkom (Northern Free State) and Satellite Offices in Kimberley (Northern Cape), Upington (Northern Cape), Bethlehem (Eastern Free State), Vryburg (North West), Postmasburg (Northern Cape), Kathu (Northern Cape), and Christiana (North West). We employ 5 registered professional valuers with assistants (Valuers) on a full time basis in these areas.

Mr. Koos Myburgh is a Registered Professional Valuer without restrictions. He has 40 years experience in the Valuation of all Commercial, Industrial and Residential Properties. He specializes in the Valuations of all farms varying from intensive irrigation units, orchards, game farms, dairy parlours, high potential dry crop to extensive farming, etc.

He has 18 years extensive experience in Commercial, Industrial, and Specialized properties including, but not restricted to: Hotels, Guest houses, Abattoirs, Filling Stations, Feedlots, Factories, Quarries, Processing Plants (Dairy, Peanut, Pecans), Movable plant and Equipment,etc. He specializes in the Valuations of Farms varying from intensive irrigation units, orchards, vineyards, high potential dry crop farms, extensive stock to intensive specialized farming enterprises (Broiler units, Piggeries, Dairy units, Laying hen units), etc.

We have service level agreements with most of the Commercial Banks as well as individual clients (General Public, Estate Agencies, Escom, Telkom (TFMC), Transnet, Mining Companies, the Department of Land Affairs etc.) and process ± 500 valuations each month (Residential, Commercial and Agricultural).
