Who is Myburgh Property Valuers?
MPV was first established in 1991 by the remarkable, Koos Myburgh who had the vision to build a truly professional valuation practice specialising in commercial and agricultural valuations based on his experience (since 1967), professionalism and inspirational passion for the profession. From sound principals, the firm expanded to an association of highly qualified valuers who still uphold these values and who now cover all facets of property valuation.
Our team consists of like-minded individuals focused on continually building our reputation and establishing MPV as the valuers of first choice in the regions we service.
As one of South Africa’s leading independent valuation companies, we have a longstanding reputation in the field of real estate valuation and associated consultancy services.

Service Level Agreements
We have service level agreements with most of the Commercial Banks as well as individual clients (General public, Estate agencies, Eskom, Telkom, Transnet, Mining companies, the Department of Land Affairs etc.) and process ± 500 valuations each month (Residential, Commercial and Agricultural).
We have established suitable infrastructure over the years enabling us to effectively service the vast areas we operate in. We have the capacity to provide you with professional and effective service in the below-mentioned areas.
